Dell Launches Five-Model Pro Precision Workstation Range in India

Dell has launched its Pro Precision workstation lineup in India, a five-model range designed for engineers, designers and other professionals who need dedicated hardware for AI workloads, simulation and rendering. Prices start at Rs 89,000 for the entry-level desktop model.

That entry point is the Pro Precision 7 T1, a desktop tower powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors with a dedicated NPU for AI-powered applications. The rest of the range is made up of mobile workstations split across the 5 series and 7 series, each sold in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes.

Dell is calling the Pro Precision 5 series 14S its thinnest and lightest workstation to date, weighing 1.4kg with a three-sided aluminium build. It can be configured with either Intel Core Ultra Series 3 chips with integrated Arc Pro graphics or AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors with Radeon PRO graphics, and supports up to 64GB of 8533 MT/s LPCAMM2 memory. It goes on sale from August 10.

The regular 5 series, priced from Rs 1,49,000, uses Intel Core Ultra 9 Series 3 chips with a 50 TOPS NPU, and can be paired with NVIDIA RTX 500 or RTX Pro 2000 Blackwell graphics, with storage going up to 4TB on the 16-inch variant. The 7 series starts at Rs 2,25,000, with the larger 16-inch model offering 50W processors, a 50 TOPS NPU, RTX Pro 3000 Blackwell graphics and up to 8TB of storage.

All models come with Wi-Fi 7, optional 5G, Thunderbolt 4 ports and TPM 2.0 security carrying FIPS 140-3 certification, and Dell has used recycled materials with select models earning EPEAT Gold and ENERGY STAR ratings. Alongside the workstation range, Dell has launched Pro Max in two AI-accelerator configurations: the GB10, priced from Rs 4,99,000 and available now, and the GB300, aimed at frontier-level AI inference, which is expected later in 2026.
